Dear Mr. Slade

My three-year-old air conditioning system "died" on Saturday.  I had previously heard your radio advertising and researched you on the internet...I therefore called your company for help.

All of your people, from telephone receptionist to scheduler and especially technician Joe V. were responsive, professional, and extremely helpful!

But I would like to comment on your technicians service! HE was the most knowledgable and took time to answer questions, making certain I understood his answers, and thoroughly evaluating my system, diagnosing the problem and discussing alternative options. He implemented a "temporary fix" on Saturday and completed the job on Tuesday.  Also, Your technician had a pleasant personality which put my wife and me completely at ease in a stressful situation.

In talking with your technicain and because my wife's asthma and other health problems, he recommended installing a UV Light in my system which I did. I also enrolled in your Service Plan because of my high confidence in your technician and your entire organization.

Yesterday, my wife and I had the distinct pleasure of having Mr. Joe V., one of your Techs. Come to our home to service our AC unit.  We heard the radio show early Sat. Morning and called in on the $189 Tune Up for $49. 

 

I passed up the service of someone in my networking group who represents an AC co.  which owes me a $50 credit.  I never was very impressed by this guy or his company for his failure to follow up and sort of a “devil may care” attitude about him.  To my advantage, I just happened to flip on the radio in time to hear The Air Genie Infomercial.  The guy, whom I assume is the owner was very believable, so I signed up for the service.

 

Your technician was one of the most experienced, knowledgeable, straightforward, well-spoken, friendly, easy to talk to, individuals I have ever encountered in your industry.  The unit had not been serviced in a year and is about 6 years old.  Your Technician pointed out several areas of concern.  Even though I ended up spending $1600 to get everything in good working order I had a feeling that I had been treated properly and honestly.  The air is working great and we really appreciate the service.  We are now the proud owners of an annual service agreement.

 

I hope that Joe is typical of your company’s representatives.  Your type is hard to find these days, especially in your particular industry.

We want you to know how much we appreciate the way you have cared for our seven years age Air Condition Unit this year. I can't remember a time when our unit have looked so nicely groomed and weed-free, or when the unit have been looking more beautiful. Several visitors during the holidays to the home have commented on how nice things look. Thank you for your excellent service.

The worker you sent were the best! He was unfailingly polite and extremely hard working. Scott worked dilignetly in scraping out the unit floor, which is thick Suds on one side, and dead insects with dirt in three separate areas. The dirt was hard packed and the sun was hot, but he did not let up until the job was done. Scott did an amazing job taking out the dirt from our unit contaminated wall in our out side unit, and also our outdoor coil clean and free or restrictions. The pride he took in his work showed in the final results?.keep the coil free of grass clippings, weeds and other debris, and unit looking just as a brand new unit. Scott also did terrific work in cleaning our drain line and test electrical components from beginning to end along with a check of our circuit breakers or fuses for both indoor and outdoor units. Every minutes of his four hours labor he was very respectful of our property. Leaving the premises neater than he found them.

While we hope we never go through a unit complete failure, we would not hesitiate to recommend your firm to anyone we know who has a similar misfortune. We think you are a great management team which is demonstrated in a great team working with you. Thank you again for a job well done.

To Whom it May Concern,

A few weeks ago, my air conditioner was hit by a power surge. The unit had been serviced by Air Genie just the week before. It was after hours when I called to arrange for a service call. To my surprise, the owner of the company, Gene Slade Jr., answered the phone. I was very impressed by that. He said that they were booked the next day, but, that he would work me in even if he had to come out himself.....which he did! As it turns out, my old system had caught on fire and was shot! With the economy as it is, I was very upset to learn that I had to replace the system. Gene gave me a fantastic deal! He and his crew worked into the evening and the house was cool that night. I can't thank Air Genie enough! I highly recommend using this company for all of your air conditioning needs
