As a retired FedEx MD-11 Captain, I think I know great maintenance when I see it. I too called in for the radio special, not for the price, but for what Gene was saying. I thought," If this company is anything like what Gene say's it is, then this is where I have to be". After a thorough maintenance procedure was performed, I discussed with the tech (Felix) how I could have the best cleaned and filtered air circulating through my home.
Long story short, I have the 4 stage Biocide UV system and am now breathing the best air possible. Gene and his team of technicians were careful, respectful of our property and demonstrated a real "know how" as they did their work. Great job!
